This paper investigates minimal Lagrangian submanifolds in Kähler-Einstein manifolds with positive scalar curvature. The Kähler-Einstein metrics on complex manifolds were intensively studied in the last thirty years by \textit{T. Aubin} [C. R. Acad. Sci., Paris, Sér. A 283, No. 3, 119--121 (1976; Zbl 0333.53040)], \textit{G. Tian} [Invent. Math. 130, No. 1, 1--37 (1997; Zbl 0892.53027)] and \textit{S.-T. Yau} [Commun. Pure Appl. Math 31, No. 3, 339--411 (1978; Zbl 0362.53049)]. Using holomorphic vector fields in the vicinity of minimal Lagrangian submanifolds and holomorphic isometries, the author constructs new families of minimal Lagrangian submanifolds in toric Kähler-Einstein manifolds: Theorem 4.3.1. Let \(M^{2n}\) (\(n\geq 2\)) be a K-E manifold with positive scalar curvature with an effective structure preserving \(T^n\)-action. Then precisely one regular orbit \(L\) of the \(T^n\)-action is a minimal Lagrangian submanifold of \(M\). Moreover there is an \(n-1\)-torus \(T^{n-1}\subset T^n\) and a sequence of non-flat \(T^{n-1}\)-invariant immersed minimal Lagrangian tori \(L_k\subset M\) such that \(L_k\) locally converge to \(L\) (in particular the supremum of sectional curvatures of \(L_k\) and the distance between \(L\) and \(L_k\) goes to \(0\) as \(k\to \infty\)).
