    Some weak and strong convergence theorems for a modified Ishikawa iteration with errors to a common fixed point of a pair of nonexpansive and, respectively, asymptotically nonexpansive mappings in uniformly convex Banach spaces are given. These theorems generalize, improve and unify several related results in literature.
