Intersection bodies define a continuous and GL(\(n\))-contravariant valuation which plays a crucial role in the solution of the Busemann-Petty problem. In this paper, the authors introduce the concept of \(L_p\)-radial Minkowski homomorphisms and consider the Busemann-Petty type problem whether \(\Phi_pK\subset \Phi_pL\) implies \(V(K)\leq V(L)\), where \(\Phi_p\) is a homogeneous of degree \(\left( \frac{n}{p}-1\right)\), continuous operator on star bodies which is an \(SO(n)\)-equivariant valuation. Previous results by \textit{F. E. Schuster} [Adv. Math. 219, No.~1, 344--368 (2008; Zbl 1146.52003); Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 359, No.~11, 5567--5591 (2007; Zbl 1156.52003)] are generalized to a large class of \(L_p\)-radial valuations.
