The author characterizes the finite inverse semigroups and the commutative inverse semigroups that have a bipartite Cayley graph. Also, the inverse epigroups are characterized for which the Cayley graph is a disjoint union of complete graphs. An epigroup \(S\) is a semigroup such that every element has a power lying in a subgroup of \(S\).
