Set-valued maps defined on a vector space with values in a vector space, partially ordered by a convex cone K are considered. In terms of classical convexity and quasiconvexity of extended real-valued functions the characterizations of set-valued maps which are K-convex or K-quasiconvex with respect to the cone K are given. In particular, some known characterizations of K-convex and K-quasiconvex vector-valued functions are obtained.
