The work is concerned with an abstract parabolic semilinear problem in a Banach space \(X\), having the form: \[ \dot{u}(t)+Au(t)=Pu(t)+F(Cu(t)), \quad u(0)=x, \quad t\in [0,\tau]. \] The operators \(A,P,C:D(A) \subset X \to X\) are linear, \(-A\) generates an analitic semigroup on \(X\) and \(F:X \to X\) is a globally Lipschitz mapping. Assuming that \(A\) has a maximal \(L^p\)-regularity (\(p>1\)) and \(P,C\) are admissible observation operators, the authors obtain the well-posedness of the problem. The proof relies on a fixed point argument. The abstract result is applied to some Dirichlet and Neumann semilinear heat equations.
