Harmonic functions on trees have been studied by \textit{P. Cartier} [Sympos. Math. 9, Calcolo Probab., Teor. Turbolenza 1971, 203-270 (1972; Zbl 0283.31005)] and many other authors since then. A notion of \(p\)-harmonicity for functions defined on trees and graphs has been studied by \textit{I. Holopainen} and \textit{P. M. Soardi} [Manuscr. Math. 94, No. 1, 95-110 (1997; Zbl 0898.31007), Ann. Acad. Sci. Fenn., Math. 22, No. 1, 205-226 (1997; Zbl 0874.31008)] among others. In the present paper, the authors introduce a generalized notion of \(p\)-harmonicity on a certain class of trees, motivated by the problem of determining whether the corresponding harmonic pseudomeasure satisfies a version of the subadditive property.
