This paper deals with the boundary value problem generated on the interval \([0, \pi]\) by the Sturm-Liouville equation \[ -y^{\prime\prime} +q(x) y= \lambda^2 y \] and non-separated boundary conditions \begin{align*} y^{\prime}(0)+(\alpha \lambda +\beta)y(0)+wy(\pi)&= 0,\\ y^{\prime}(\pi)+\gamma y(\pi)-w y(0)&= 0, \end{align*} where \(q\in L^2([0, \pi])\), \(\lambda\) is a spectral parameter, \(\alpha, \beta, \gamma, w\) are real numbers so that \(\alpha w\ne 0\). The author defines the spectral data \(\{\mu_k\}\) and \(\{\sigma_n\}\) for the considered boundary value problem and formulates the inverse problem generated by the considered boundary value problem. In the paper, it is proved that if the sequences \(\{\mu_k\}\) and \(\{\sigma_n\}\) are known, then the considered boundary value problem can be uniquely recovered. The author provides sufficient conditions for the solvability of the defined inverse problem.
