Die Arbeit schließt sich an die vorstehend besprochene an. Die dort erhaltenen Formeln sind nicht im Einklang mit dem Experiment. Der Verf. sucht jetzt die Übereinstimmung dadurch zu erreichen, daß\ er mit \textit{Heaviside} und \textit{Eccles} annimmt, die Erde sei umgeben von einer konzentrischen leitenden Schicht in einer Höhe von 100-150 km.
