The goal of the paper is to study the initial value problem for the linear Schrödinger equation \[ i\partial_t u+\tfrac 12\Delta u=Vu,\tag{1} \] where \(V:[0,T]\times \mathbb{R}^n\to\mathbb{C}\) \((T>0)\), \((t,x)\mapsto V(t,x)\) is the time-dependent potential which are singular in both the space and the time variable, \(n\geq 3\). Here the author is mainly interested in finding pairs \((X_0, Y)\) of the function space with the property that for any pair \((\varphi,V)\in X_0\times Y\) there exists a unique solution \(u\in C(X_0)\) of (1), such that \(u(0)=\varphi\) in some ``weak'' sense. The author is also interested in regularity of solutions using fractional calculus.
