In the first part [Pac. J. Math. 111, 317-332 (1984; Zbl 0557.05019)], the authors defined two generalizations of the concept of a complete mapping to be called a (K,\(\lambda)\) complete mapping and a (K,\(\lambda)\) near complete mapping, and described how these concepts may be used to provide new constructions of block designs of Mendelsohn type. The present paper contains various methods of obtaining generalized complete mappings. A number of examples illustrative of the various concepts which were introduced by the authors can be found in the Appendix of the present paper.
