Let \(B_n\) denote the unit ball of \(\mathbb C^n\), \(n \geq 2.\) Given \(\alpha> 0,\) let \(K_{\alpha}(n)\) denote the class of functions defined for \(z\in B_n\) by integrating the kernel \((1 - \langle h z\rangle)^{-\alpha}\) against a complex-valued measure on the sphere \(\{\zeta\in \mathbb C^n: |\zeta|=1\}\). Let Hol\((B_n)\) denote the space of holomorphic functions in the ball. A function \(g\in \text{Hol}(B_n)\) is called a multiplier of \(K_{\alpha}(n)\) provided that \(fg \in K_{\alpha}(n)\) for every \(f\in K_{\alpha}(n)\). In the present paper, the author first characterizes the general properties of the families \(K_{\alpha}(n)\), which is motivated by Luo and MacGregor. If \(n = 1\), the corresponding sufficient conditions are known to be quite close to related necessary conditions. As the main results of this paper, the author obtains that various Lipschitz and Hardy-Sobolev restrictions on \(g\in \text{Hol}(B_n)\) guarantee that \(g\) is a multiplier of \(K_{\alpha}(n)\). Also, he discusses the sharpness of the results obtained.
