This paper describes a new application of the self-correcting procedure to computational liquid metal magnetohydrodynamics. In this procedure, the conservation law of the electric current density incorporated in a Poisson equation for the scalar potential plays an important role of correcting this potential. This role is similar to that of the conservation law of mass in a Poisson equation for the pressure.
