    Let \(B\) be the unit ball in \(\mathbb{C}^ n\) with boundary \(S\). Denote by \(\nu\) and \(\sigma\) the standard normalized measures on \(B\) and \(S\), resp. For fixed \(\ell \geq 0\), \(1 \leq p \leq \infty\), and \(R \geq 1\) let \(H_ R (\ell,p,n)\) be the set of functions which are analytic in the ball \(B_ R\) with radius \(R\) and have their \(\ell\)-th radial derivative in the unit ball of the Hardy space \(H^ p (B_ R)\) or the Bergman space \(A^ p (B_ R)\), resp. The author calculates the exact values of the Kolmogorov, Gelfand, Bernstein and the linear \(N\)-widths of \(H_ R (\ell,p,n)\) in \(L^ p (\sigma)\) and of \(H_ R (\ell,p,n)\) and \(A_ R (\ell,p,n)\) in \(L^ p (\nu)\). For \(1 \leq p\), \(q \leq \infty\) asymptotic estimates for all these \(N\)-widths in \(L^ q (\sigma)\) as well as in \(L^ q (\nu)\) are obtained.
