[For part I see MA J. Numer. Anal. 20, No. 2, 203--234 (2000; Zbl 0959.65136).] This paper extends the results of a posteriori error estimation for approximative solutions obtained by the Galerkin method for an integral equation in Sobolev space of a two-variable function in the three-dimensional case. If \(u_G\) is the discrete solution of the equation \(Au= f\), then the estimation \[ C_1 \sum^n_{\nu=1} \xi^2_\nu\leq\|u_G- u\|^2\leq C_2 \sum^n_{\nu=1} \xi^2_\nu, \] is proved where the constants \(C_1\), \(C_2\), are calculated with difficulty.
