The main results of this paper can be roughly described as follows: Consider the set of polynomials \(f(b;z)\) in \(n\) complex variables \(Z_1,\dots, Z_n\), of degrees bounded by a fixed integer \(N\) and such that the coefficients of the polynomials are themselves polynomials in parameters \(b_1,\dots, b_p\). For a fixed real number \(\delta> 0\), consider \(\int_{\mathbb{C}^n}|f|^\delta dv\), where \(dv\) is the usual Euclidean measure. The authors prove that the set of points \((b_1,\dots, b_p)\in \mathbb{C}^p\) such that this integral converges is a constructible set. Further, there is a stratification of this constructible set such that this integral is a continuous function of the parameter on each stratum. The proof uses some earlier estimates due to the authors and some knowledge from the proof of resolution of singularities of varieties due to E. Bierstone and P. Milman. These results are global analogous of local results for germs of analytic functions proved earlier by Siu, Demailly-Kollar and the authors.
