Let \(\Omega\) be a bounded convex domain on \(\mathbb{R}^n\), consider the linear space \(L_{p, \Omega}\) of \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^n)\), \(0\leq p\leq \infty\), whose Fourier transforms are compactly supported on \(\Omega\). In this work, a general method is given for obtaining support depend inequalities of the type \[ |wf|_p\geq K(\Omega) |f|_p\tag{1} \] for a wide class of weight functions \(w(t)\), where the bound \(K(\Omega)\) depends on \(w(t)\) and \(p\) but is independent of the function \(f\in L_{p, \Omega}\) for which \(wf\in L_p\). The author treats the inequality (1) as a lower estimate for the convolution operator \(f^\vee\to w^{\vee *} f^\vee\), where \(w^\vee\) is a distribution whose Fourier transform is \(w(t)\). The inequality (1) was discussed in detail in his previous paper in Int. Math. Res. Not. 1993, No. 11, 289-294 91993; Zbl 0802.42004). This convolution operator method deals with some special inequalities in certain entire function spaces. In particular, it is given a good estimate for the well-known Hörmander and Garding inequalities for partial differential operators on \(L_{2, \Omega}\).
