The author considers a continuous semiflow \(S_t: M\to M\) preserving a probability measure \(\mu\) on a compact manifold \(M\) and the stationary process \(\{g\circ S_t\}\) associated with a real-valued Borel measurable function \(g: M\to\mathbb{R}\). He shows a generalized local limit theorem for this continuous dynamical system under certain considerations on \(g\). His proof is done by considering spectral properties of the semigroup of transfer operators for the continuous dynamical system and its perturbations. This strategy is similar to the discrete case. As an application of his result, the author shows a local limit theorem for certain class of suspension flows.
