In this paper an analogous problem to the Minkowski problem is considered. The author constructs an immersed surface in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) with the help of a positiv real valued function \(k(x)\) on the disc, this disc is immersed in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) such that \(k(x)\) is the Gauss curvature at the image point of \(x\). To construct this surface the critical points of the energy functional are studied. With the help of the solution one can solve the problem. So it is necessary to find such solutions with special properties. At first the existence and regularity of the solution is shown, which satisfy also a minimum condition so that one has an estimate in the \(C^{1, \beta}\) norm for the solution. The next step is uniqueness of such a solution, which generalises former results. Finally it is shown that this unique solution is a \(C^{1, \beta}\) diffeomorphism. This completes the proof.
