Es werden Bedingungen dafür angegeben, daß Summationsformeln gelten vom Typ \[ \begin{multlined} \lim_{N \to \infty} \left\{ \sum_{n=1}^{N} a_n \,n^{-\frac{1}{2} (\beta-1)} \, f(n) - \int\limits_{0}^{N} x^{-\frac{1}{2} (\beta-1)} \, f(x) \, dR_0(x) \right\} \\ =\lim_{N \to \infty} \left\{ \sum_{n=1}^{N} a_n \,n^{-\frac{1}{2} (\beta-1)} \, g(n) - \int\limits_{0}^{N} x^{-\frac{1}{2} (\beta-1)} \, g(x) \, dR_0(x) \right\}, \end{multlined} \] wo \(g(x)\) eine (Watsonsche) involutorische Transformierte von \(f(x)\) ist. Sie können als Verallgemeinerungen der Poissonschen Summationsformel aufgefaßt werden.
