The authors prove that the extreme points of the set of s-concave probability measures satisfying a linear constraint are Dirac measures or s-affine probabilities supported by a segment. This gives a new approach to a localization theorem by Kannan, Lovász and Simonovits on concentration and isoperimetric inequalities.
