The note is devoted to the study of the differential equation \[ f''(z)+ A(z)f(z)= 0 \] in the case of \[ A(z)= [e^{p_1(z)}+ e^{p_2(z)}+ Q(z)], \] where the polynomials \(p_1(z)\), \(p_2(z)\) are given by \(p_1(z)= \rho_1z^n+\cdots\), \(p_2(z)= \rho_2z^m+\cdots\) and \(Q(z)\) is an entire function of \(z\). It is assumed that \(e^{p_1(z)}\) and \(e^{p_2(z)}\) are similary independent and \(\rho_1/\rho_2\) is real and positive. The zero distributions of solutions of the above differential equation and their oscillations are considered.
