In this paper the following result is proved: \textbf{Theorem.} Let \(M^4\) be a Lorentzian affine hypersphere in \(\mathbb{R}^5\) with Einstein affine metric and non-vanishing Pick invariant. Then \(M^4\) is of constant affine sectional curvature, and it is affinely equivalent to the flat proper affine hypersphere given by \[ (x^2_1+x^2_2)x_3x_4x_5 = 1, \] where \((x_1,\dots,x_5)\) are the standard coordinates of \(R^5\).
