The main results concern the limiting space \(\lim_{\alpha\to 1}\mathcal Q_{\alpha}^{-1}(\mathbb R^n),\) that is defined as the Morrey space \(M_{2,n-2},\) (cf. \textit{T. Kato} [Bol. Soc. Bras. The author completes his previous paper [ibid. 4, No. 3, 227--245 (2007; Zbl 1147.42008)]. The main results concern the limiting space \(\lim_{\alpha\to 1}\mathcal Q_{\alpha}^{-1}(\mathbb R^n),\) that is defined as the Morrey space \(M_{2,n-2},\) (cf. \textit{T. Kato} [Bol. Soc. Bras. Mat., Nova Sér. 22, No. 2, 127--155 (1992; Zbl 0781.35052)]). As an application, he investigates the existence and the uniqueness of solutions to the normalized incompressible Navier-Stokes system, when the initial velocity \(a=(a_1,\dots,a_n)\in (M_{2,n-2})^n.\) Related results were obtained by T. Kato [loc.cit.], when \(a\) belongs to the vector valued Morrey space \(M_{2,n-2}.\)
