The paper under review records significant advances in the analytic representation theory of Banach-Lie supergroups. The main results were essentially known for finite-dimensional Lie supergroups, but new methods are required for solving the difficult issues that arise in infinite dimensions. The main results of the paper are the fact that there exists a well-defined restriction functor (i.e., composition of smooth or analytic unitary representations with Banach-Lie supergroup homomorphisms) and the stability theorem (loosely speaking, the category of analytic representations embeds into the category of smooth representations). The general results are then illustrated by the study of a particular analytic realization of the oscillator representation of the restricted orthosymplectic Banach-Lie supergroup. | |||
