The authors develop David-Semmes theory of uniform rectifiability [\textit{G. David} and \textit{S. Semmes}, Analysis of and on uniformly rectifiable sets. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society (1993; Zbl 0832.42008)]. They investigate measures \(\mu\) of dimension \(d\) in \({\mathbb R}^{d+1}\) which are regular in the sense of Alfors-David (AD) and prove Theorem.
