In this paper, the authors prove the following main theorem and also give some related results: Let \(\mathcal H\subset \mathbb R^{n+1}\) be a Euclidean complete hyperbolic centroaffine hypersurface with regular boundary behaviour. Then \(\mathcal H\) is complete with respect to the centroaffine metric.
