The authors discuss B-type tensor product branes in mirrors of two-parameter Calabi-Yau hypersurfaces, using the language of matrix factorizations. The relevant details about matrix factorizations, which are necessary for discussions, is first reviewed. In particular the deformation theory algorithm is described. The results of the calculations are summarized and then certain common properties of the example are discussed. The subsequent sections of the paper are technical details where brane moduli and obstruction for representative examples of branes for each of the five two-parameter Calabi-Yau hypersurfaces are presented. In the appendix some tables which contain information about the moduli of tensor product branes in two-parameter Calabi-Yau hypersurfaces are collected.
