The authors prove a complex relation between genus-one Gromov-Witten invariants of a complete intersection and twisted GW invariants of the ambient projective space. This paper also contains an extension of a result previously proved by the authors. More explicitly, they already proved that some natural cones of holomorphic vector bundle sections over the main component of the moduli space of stable, genus-one holomorphic maps on \(\mathbb{P}^{n}\) have a well defined Euler class. In this work this result is extended, with some restrictions, to the moduli space of perturbed \(J\)-holomorphic maps. One can also find a conjecture on the relationship for higher genus GW invariants.
