The author studies the monodromy group \({\mathcal H}_L\) of the Hamiltonian isotopies preserving a monotone (i.e. the Maslov class \(\mu \in H^1(L,Z)\) and the cohomology class of pull-back of 1-form \(\iota ^*\lambda\) are proportional, where \(\omega =d\lambda \)) Lagrangian torus \(L.\) Two isotopy invariants are defined for \(L\), the twist number \(t(L)\) related to Dehn twists along an embedded curve with Maslov number 0 and the spectrum \(s(L)\) which involves the Maslov number of the primitive integral 1-eigenvectors of involutions of \({\mathcal H}_L.\) The construction is then applied to the cases when \(L\subset \mathbb R ^4\) is either a monotone Clifford torus \(T_{b,b}\) or so called special torus \(T'_{0,b}.\) It is shown that these toruses are not Hamiltonian isotopic in \(\mathbb R ^4.\)
