The pentadiagonal Cantero-Moral-Velázquez (CMV) matrices were first studied in the context of orthogonal polynomials on the unit circle by by \textit{M. J. Cantero}, \textit{L. Moral}, and \textit{L. Velázquez} [Linear Algebra Appl. 362, 29--56 (2003; Zbl 1022.42013)]. In this paper, the authors consider three classical inverse spectral problems for finite dimensional CMV matrices.
