In this paper, the Neumann boundary value problem for a class of fully non-linear, non-convex elliptic differential operators \(u\mapsto F\left(\cdot,u,\partial u,\partial^{2}u\right)\) in a bounded domain \(\Omega\) with \(C^{^{2}}-\)boundary \(\partial\Omega\) is studied. The suprema of the sets of all \(\lambda\in\mathbb{R}\) for which there are positive uniformly bounded viscosity supersolutions or negative uniformly bounded viscosity subsolutions of a Neumann type boundary value problem for \(F\left(\cdot,u,\partial u,\partial^{2}u\right)=\lambda u\) are called principal eigenvalues \(\overline{\lambda}\) and \(\underline{\lambda}\), respectively. Based on investigating the properties of these principal eigenvalues unique existence and Lipschitz continuity of the solution to the Neumann type boundary value problem for \(F\left(\cdot,u,\partial u,\partial^{2}u\right)=g\) with \(g\) a given uniformly continuous function on \(\Omega\) is shown.
