The author studies `Fano index' \(f(X)\) for a \({\mathbb Q}\)-factorial terminal Fano 3-fold \(X\) (i.e., \(-K_X\) is ample). She defines \(f(X)\) as the maximum of positive integers \(m\) such that \(-K_X \sim mD\) (linearly equivalent) for some Weil divisor \(D\) (not necessarily Cartier). She proves that \(f(X)\) is one of \(1 \sim 11, 13, 17, 19\) and supports the existence with examples (with only cylcic quotient singularities). But an example for the case \(f(X) = 10\) remains to be found (conjectured to be non-existing). The conjectured uniqueness of the case \(f(X) = 19\) (maximum) is supported by the result that the Hilbert series of such pair \((X, D)\) is unique (precisely given there).
