The author determines the number of \(\mathbb F_q\)-rational points of a plane non-singular algebraic curve \(\mathcal X\) defined over a finite field \(\mathbb F_q\), provided that the generic point of \(\mathcal X\) is not an inflexion and that \(\mathcal X\) is Frobenius non-classical with respect to conics.
