The authors present an investigation related to the non-equilibrium dynamic fluctuation problem that corresponds with the hydrodynamic limit for dynamics of two-dimensional Young diagrams associated with grand canonical ensembles determined from two types of statistics called uniform (or Bose) and restricted uniform (or Fermi) statistics. Despite the fact that the theory of the equilibrium dynamic fluctuation around the hydrodynamic limit is well established, the results on the non-equilibrium dynamic fluctuations are rather limited due to a special feature of the models. In this case, the authors are able to derive linear stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) in the limit. The paper is divided into five sections. After an introduction, in Section 2, a presentation of the results obtained so far in previous papers of the authors is given. These are used to formulate the main results on fluctuations as three theorems, Theorems 2.1 and 2.2 in the \(UU\)-case and Theorem 2.3 in the \(RU\)-case. The proofs of these results are given in Sections 3 and 4. Section 5 presents a discussion on invariant measures of SPDEs obtained in the limit and their relations to those obtained in static situations (Theorems 5.2 and 5.4, and Proposition 5.1).
