Let \(p\) be a prime number and \(K\) a number field. In [Publ. Math., Inst. Hautes Étud. Sci. 101, 163--208 (2005; Zbl 1108.11081)] \textit{J. Coates,T. Fukaya, K. Kato, R. Sujatha} and \textit{O. Venjakob} formulated a main conjecture for elliptic curves without complex multiplication. Their main tool was the use of the localization sequence of algebraic \(K\)-theory with respect to a canonical Ore set. In [A formulation of conjectures on \(p\)-adic zeta functions in non-commutative Iwasawa theory. Proceedings of the St. Petersburg Mathematical Society. Vol. XII, Transl., Ser. 2, Am. Math. Soc. 219, 1--85 (2006)] \textit{T. Fukaya} and \textit{K. Kato} formulated a main conjecture for any compact \(p\)-adic Lie extension of \(F\) and any critical motive which is defined over \(F\) and has good ordinary reduction at all places above \(p\). They used a notion of ``localized'' \(K_ 1\)-groups and the theory of Selmer complexes and the conjectural existence of certain \(p\)-adic \(L\)-functions. The main aim of the paper under review is to extend the formalism of Fukaya and Kato to obtain an interpolation formula for all continuous finite dimensional \(p\)-adic representations \(\rho\) of \({\text{Gal}}(F_ \infty/F)\) where \(F_ \infty\) is a Galois extension of \(F\) containing the cyclotomic \({\mathbb Z}_ p\)-extension of \(F\) an such that \(\text{Gal}(F_ \infty/F)\) is a compact \(p\)-adic Lie group with no non-trivial \(p\)-torsion. To that end, the authors introduce a notion of ''the leading term at \(\rho\)'' for elements of suitable localized \(K_ 1\)-groups. There are two explicit applications of this approach. Firstly the authors prove that the ``\(p\)-adic Stark conjecture at \(s=1\)'', can be reinterpreted as providing interpolation formulas for the leading terms of global zeta isomorphisms associated to certain Tate motives by means of the leading term at \(s=1\) of \(p\)-adic Artin \(L\)-functions. Secondly, they prove an interpolation formula for the leading term of the Fukaya-Kato \(p\)-adic \(L\)-functions which involves the leading term at the central critical point of the associated complex \(L\)-functions, the Neron-Tate pairing and Nekovář's \(p\)-adic height pairing. The organization of the paper is as follows. In Section 2 some basic facts regarding determinant functors and localized \(K_ 1\)-groups are recalled. Next section discusses the formalism of Iwasawa theory descent in the setting of localized \(K_ 1\)-groups and a notion of the leading terms of \(p\)-adic representations for the elements of these groups is introduced. In Section 4 the conjectural global zeta-isomorphisms of Fukaya and Kato are presented, and in Section 5 the authors prove an interpolation formula for the leading terms of the global zeta isomorphisms that are associated to certain Tate motives. In the last section it is proved an interpolation formula for the leading terms of the \(p\)-adic \(L\)-functions that are associated to certain critical motives.
