This paper presents a computer aided enumeration of all combinatorial 3-manifolds with 10 vertices. There are 249015 items, most of them are combinatorial spheres. However, there are 518 distinct triangulations of the product \(S^2\times S^1\) and 615 distinct triangulations of the corresponding twisted product. This extends previous enumerations by A. Altshuler and L. Steinberg. Moreover, it is shown that all spheres with up to 10 vertices are shellable even though it turned out that there are 29 vertex-minimal non-shellable 3-balls with 9 vertices.
