This paper extends Brundan's Fock space approach to Kazhdan-Lusztig theory to the case of the Lie superalgebra \(\text{osp}(2| 2n)\). The Fock space in question comes with the action of a quantum group of type \(A\) with some extra generators. The canonical and the dual canonical bases of the Fock space are worked out explicitly. The specialization of the elements of the canonical basis at \(q=1\) gives the characters of finite-dimensional tilting modules, while the standard monomials correspond to Kac modules. This, in particular, completely determines the composition factors of Kac modules. Irreducible characters are obtained using the dual canonical basis. Finally, all composition factors of the symmetric tensors of the natural module are determined.
