In [Adv. Appl. Clifford Algebr. 32, No. 5, Paper No. 54, 43 p. (2022; Zbl 1497.15013)], the author introduces the problem, states the main results and proves the results for the regular cases. On the other hand, the present paper provides the proofs for the exceptional cases for the \((p,q)\)-difference (which includes the \((p,q)\)-sum) and is written so that it can be read largely independently of the first paper. Presumably the author intends a further paper giving proofs for the exceptional cases for the \((p,q)\)-product and \((p,q)\)-quotient.
