The paper considers the design of a public security video image forensic system based on Android phones by analyzing the image denoising algorithm based on partial differential equations. A two-way coupled diffusion equation network is designed for image denoising. The experimental results show that the two-way coupled diffusion equation method has improved both the peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity, especially the precise image denoising.
