In this nice paper, the author generalizes some results of the reviewer. Consequently he is able to prove a finite localizability criterion for a height one prime ideal \(P\), in a prime affine (over a field) p.i. ring \(R\). This last criterion, which is identical to the one obtained by the reviewer and Warfield in the Noetherian case, was obtained by the reviewer under the additional assumption that \(P/P^ 2\) is a finitely generated left \(R\)-module. As a corollary, he obtains as well that the left localizability of \(P\) is equivalent to the right localizability of \(P\).
