The equation (1) \(x'(t)+\sum^ n_{i=1} q_ i(t)x(t-\tau_ i(t))=0\) is considered, where \(q_ i\); \(\tau_ i: R_ +\to R_ +\) \((i=1,\dots,n)\). Sufficient conditions for the oscillation of the solutions of (1) are given. Similar problems for equations of neutral type are studied.
