A measurement process based on the nonarchimedean (\(m\)-adic) numbers is studied. These numbers coincide with \(p\)-adic numbers when \(m\) is prime number. It is shown that \(m\)-adic quantities can be interpreted as infinite large quantities in comparison with a measurement unit. The Bargman-Fock representation for the nonarchimedean harmonic oscillator with infinite large energy is constructed. This construction uses the technique of the modern algebraic number theory, in particular the \(\Gamma\)-function introduced by \textit{Y. Morita} [J. Fac. Sci., Univ. Tokyo, Sect. I A 22, 255-266 (1975; Zbl 0308.12003)]. A gauge relation between the real space-time and nonarchimedean symmetries is constructed. A notion of a real nonarchimedean manifold is introduced and studied.
