A Dirac system in the space \({\mathcal L}^ 1[0,\infty)\) and two of its solutions with some initial values are considered. The Weyl-Titchmarsh \(m\)-function is defined as a coefficient of a decomposition of a \({\mathcal L}^ 2\)-solution by the above solutions. The main result is the asymptotic decomposition of \(m(\lambda)\) with recurrence coefficients. The applied method is the Levitan spectral function method.
