The Einstein/Yang-Mills equation in 3+1 space time dimensions with gauge group are considered. The authors show, that the associated Einstein metric is asymptotically flat and the total mass is finite. The paper contains scientific matter, which were worth to be published in ``Physica status solidi B''.
