A ring \(R\) is said to be an \(AE\)-ring if every endomorphism of \(R(+)\) is an endomorphism of \(R\). In the paper, all \(AE\)-rings \(R\) with \(RR_ t\neq 0\) are described (\(R_ t\) denotes the torsion part of \(R(+)\)).
