In this paper the method for finding the orbits of partially invariant solutions of differential equations independent of the integrals of the symmetry algebra of this equations are given. Essential part of this method is obtaining quotient systems of compatibility conditions of some associated equations. Besides, symmetries of defining equations for nonclassical partial infinitesimal symmetries are investigated. Examples illustrating considering results are given. Bäcklund transformations and differential substitutions linearizing the quotient systems are rising naturally in the examples connected with heat equation.
