We prove that there exist nonconstructivizable positively presented finitely generated algebras with noetherian lattices of congruences; an algorithmic criterion is exhibited which, if valid in an algebra with a noetherian congruence lattice, ensures that the algebra has a finitely generated positive enrichment.
