The Main Theorem 1.20 describes maximal partial clones on partial algebras. In particular, it says which relations determine strong maximal partial clones on a given finite partial algebra \(A\) with at least three- element universe. The characterization of all such relations give Theorems 2.9, 3.4 and 3.11.
