The authors continue their analysis of the bang-bang stochastic control for a projectile presented first in part I [see the authors, ibid. 23, No. 1, 111-118 (1992; Zbl 0759.93082)]. In this paper the projectile is described by a semirigid-body model and its performance is investigated. Two guidance laws are considered: the first one is an optimal guidance law and the second one is a simple bang-bang type one, which however can be easily implemented for the discussed projectile. The performance index has a form of a functional that measures an expected value of the miss- distance. The values of the performance index are computed and the results of the simulation study for the control laws mentioned above are presented.
